Joffe, Eliezer

Joffe, Eliezer
(1882-1944)
   Israeli agriculturalist. Born in Bessarabia, he went to the US to study agriculture and later founded an experimental farm in Palestine. He was a founder-member of the first moshav ovdim, Nahalal in 1928. He wrote various works on agricultural subjects.
